Recently, Farrleey successfully held an innovative internal empowerment training session with the theme “Empowering Workplace Soft Skills in 2024: Communication, Collaboration, and Execution.” This training not only enhanced professional capabilities but also provided a profound review and comprehensive elevation of team spirit.

To make theoretical learning more engaging, this training included an experiential interactive segment—a Lego puzzle game. 

Each group of participants collaborated creatively to design models that were both visually appealing and symbolically meaningful. Throughout this process, the team spirit of “communication, collaboration, and execution” was fully demonstrated. In the end, each group presented its slogans and concepts, creating an exceptionally lively atmosphere.

The training primarily illustrated the importance of communication, collaboration, and execution for the development of the company through an in-depth analysis of real cases.

During the case analysis, participants actively shared their thoughts, identifying the challenges the company faces in terms of communication, collaboration, and execution. In the subsequent sessions, representatives from each group took the stage to provide detailed explanations and analyses of the practical issues encountered in daily work, including but not limited to interdepartmental collaboration obstacles and poor information flow. This demonstrated the company's determination to confront challenges and embrace improvement.

Through this training, employees came to a deep understanding of the essential role that effective communication and efficient collaboration play in achieving goals.

One participant shared, “Cross-departmental communication made me realize that each department has its unique perspective, and everyone’s input is crucial. Only by fully listening to and respecting others’ opinions can we establish truly effective communication.”

At the end of the training, all participants reviewed the entire process and shared the far-reaching significance of the creative design behind their group projects.

Everyone unanimously agreed that this training not only significantly enhanced team cohesion but also provided solid theoretical knowledge and practical tools for future work, making their tasks more manageable and efficient.
