The competition features a well-designed, comprehensive, and scientific evaluation system that includes both solid theoretical assessments and crucial practical skills testing. The practical component accounts for 70% of the total score, while the written test makes up 30%. This balanced approach aims to assess participants' skill levels from multiple perspectives, not only testing their grasp of theoretical knowledge but also emphasizing their ability to apply it in practice, thus providing an authentic and accurate reflection of each employee’s overall inspection skills.
